PT.
Makmur Jaya Saputra Perkasa is an aluminum extrusion manufacture
in Jakarta, Indonesia. With complete integrated facilities
in 33,000 meters square plant, we can produce aluminum
extrusion / profiles up to 12,000 tons annually.
The plant is equipped with in house dies design and dies
making facility; anodized and power coating finishing
facility; fabrication facility; melting furnace and billet
casting facility.
To monitor and control the quality assurance of the billet,
the ARL spectrometer metal analyzer is used to meet the
alloy specification standard.
By the support of these integrated facilities, it gives
us the capability to be more consistent and efficient
in producing high quality aluminum profile.
The varies size from 550 tons to 2,000 tons extrusion
presses (circle size up to 225mm) provide us with the
flexibility and capability in fulfilling customer needs
from small to large aluminum profile.
Our foremost goal is to fulfill customers need by consistent
high quality and prompt delivery with competitive price.
